Shipping Policy for Custom Items

Thank you for choosing our custom items! We are committed to providing you with high-quality, personalised products that meet your unique needs. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience, please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time:

- Printed Signs have a processing time of 7-10 working prior to dispatch. Please keep this in mind when ordering as orders for signs cannot be expediated. Please check individual listings further information.
- Custom wooden and acrylic items have a processing time of 1 to 3 working. This time frame allows us to meticulously craft and personalise your order to your specifications. Please note that processing time begins after we have received all necessary customisation details and payment confirmation. Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Methods:
- We ship our items via Royal Mail 2nd Class, Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri, depending on the size of your order. Shipping charges are as follows;

Order value

£0 to £49.99 - £2.95

£50 to £59.99 - £3.95

£60 and over - £6.95


Estimated Delivery Times:
- Once your custom item has been processed, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days


Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier disruptions. Please allow 7 working days after your confirmation dispatch email before contacting regarding a missing package.


Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if that option is selected. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

Order Changes or Cancellations:
- If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the processing process has started, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Lost or Damaged Items:
- In the rare event that your custom item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Returns and Exchanges:
- Due to the personalised nature of custom items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please double-check all customisation details before placing your order.
